Consider the following statement: "We spend more time connecting online but less time connecting in person." Do you agree or disagree with this antithesis? Explain your perspective using personal experiences. Discuss how technology has influenced the way people communicate and build relationships. In your response, include at least one original example of antithesis.

Prompt Response: I disagree with this antithesis. In my experience, I spend more time being social and connecting with others during school, extracurriculars, and workplaces. When I get home, I am not on my devices contacting people as much. Technology has influenced the way one communicates and builds relationships by making people more confident due to not being face to face. For example, people with social anxiety may have an easier time texting someone rather than speaking in person.
